    Beautiful location, the on-site Mikado restaurant. Well-appointed and brand-new room and nice sized bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns. Top-class staff, easy check-in and fantastic bar.

    hotel is comfortable, located on the beach, has good dining options, offers various sports activities, staff is friendly and attentive. pool is large and clean, there are options for sunbathing in front of the pool and also on the beach. We really enjoy our stay, it is a perfect option for those who are looking for tranquility and want to be on the beach.

    hotel is a bit removed from downtown Puerto Vallarta, if you plan to be mainly on the beach, it's a good choice, because the beaches in the center are very crowded and sea looks a bit dirty. Also, one can easily get downtown by uber for MXN100 or by street taxi for MXN150. Trucks also circulate, although they are not very comfortable and go slowly. Additionally. they are now remodeling rooms in one part of the hotel and there is a lot of noise and dust, we would not have liked the stay if we had stayed in that part, However. if you stay in the part where they are not doing any work, you feel almost no discomfort from the remodeling,

    Kind staff, excellent views of the ocean, everything is well-maintained. The suite is updated and has a storage, a balcony, and thick blackout curtains. The hotel is definitely recommended to all.

    The resort's fine beach and spacious, comfy rooms made our family escape enjoyable. We loved the fun teppanyaki show that added excitement to our dinners, and don't miss the delicious Salmon Bagel at the deli!

    In my wife's opinion, the kids' club could use more activities for younger children.

    The breakfast buffet is very good. The friendliness of the staff is also very good. The ice creams are very good, on the 1st they could give it as a courtesy to the check in.

    hotel is starting to look old, you can see it in the finishes, furniture in the rooms and on the beach, armchairs and cushions need to be washed more frequently. They are not very eco-friendly, they ask not to use so many towels but there is no place to hang them in the bathroom. Soap and shampoo bottles can be replaced by larger ones, as in other hotels. I saw the lobby lights on several times during the day, shower has a lot of pressure and a lot of water is wasted. bathroom door does not guarantee privacy. receiving the check in the included breakfasts, it feels as if they are charging the guest, they must verify before if it comes included to comment to the table that it is included and signature of the check that is requested is protocol. At the Westin restaurant they did not let me charge my room for my consumption. thank goodness I took my card although at Marriott they offered me the comfort of the bracelet and left my wallet in the room, There is a lot of rotation of areas. one day the blue bell ice cream in one portion and next day it is different, sand on the beach needs to be cleaned up a bit. there's small trash on the beds,

    great experience but lacked some consistency

    The service from the staff was really good, always cute and willing to help. I appreciated the meticulous attention to detail around the pool area. The Garden View room offered an inviting and lush atmosphere that enhanced my stay. Watching the sunset from the balcony brought me joy and tranquility.
